Paul Vercoe - The Greatest Hits (2001-2014)

For the first time in 13 years, singer-songwriter Paul Vercoe releases his entire back catalogue of personally written songs. From heart break ballads to catchy pop mid tempo anthems to gyrating hard rock, Paul delivers all his music from the heart both in his captivating lyrics and through his vocals.

All of Paul's songs have been written from personal experience and has collaborated with various artists, musicians and producers along the way to produce a diverse range of songs.

Summary biography: Paul was brought up on a healthy mix of country, soul, 90s grunge bands and some R&B for good measure. Learning to play piano and guitar at a young age, it wasn't until the age of 21 that he began to sing in front of audiences and begin to write music.

At 21, he joined the vocal group 'Track 5' and toured Australia and overseas performing. They won a national song writing competition with Paul's heartbreak song 'Not The One' which lead to further opportunities including releasing a single 'Crazy' which made it onto the ARIA Top 50 charts. 

After gigging, recording and songwriting for 6 years, Track 5 parted ways and Paul pursued his solo career making it to the Top 13 position for Australian Idol in 2006. After this time, he gigged live with four piece rock outfit 'Karizma' for two years.

After a 5 year hiatus, in 2014, Paul has joined 5 piece rock covers band, 'Backroom Vegas' and plans to be touring South East Queensland with the group.  www.facebook.com/BackroomVegas or www.BackroomVegas.com
